Alongside the free content on this Site we offer a paid trip-planning service, requested through our Plan With Us page. The following terms apply to that service.

• What it is. We research and write a personalized day-by-day itinerary for your dates and interests, and provide a clear quote for anything that would need booking. Guided days and on-the-ground support are quoted per trip.
• Nothing is booked without your approval. We do not reserve, purchase or commit you to any hotel, transport, guide or activity until you have seen the plan and told us to proceed.
• We are a planning service, not a travel agency or tour operator. Where a trip involves third parties — hotels, guides, drivers, restaurants, attractions, booking platforms — your contract for those services is with that supplier, on that supplier's terms. We are not liable for a third party's acts, omissions, cancellations, safety practices, or failure to provide a service, though we will help you resolve problems where we reasonably can.
• Fees and payment. Applicable fees, the payment method and any refund or cancellation terms are confirmed with you in writing before any payment is taken. We do not collect payment through this Site.
• Your responsibility. Visas and entry permissions, travel insurance, health and vaccination requirements, and fitness for any activity remain your responsibility. An itinerary we write is a plan, not a guarantee that a given service, route or attraction will be available or open on the day.
